Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any charges. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the service cost. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require prepayment for future bookings. Rescheduling: • Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a $15 rescheduling fee. • Clients may reschedule once at no additional charge if done within the required timeframe.
